De hecho, casi 4300 denuncias en 2023, incremento notable respecto al ejercicio anterior.<\/div>\n<div id=\"1250789679\" class=\"u_1250789679 dmNewParagraph\" data-element-type=\"paragraph\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A pesar de que la Ley General de Telecomunicaciones prohibe este tipo de llamadas, al haber quedado un m\u00ednimo resquicio legal, se han disparado, especialmente por incumplimientos de ciertos tipos de empresas o ubicando \u00abcall centers\u00bb en el extranjero, de modo que tras la difusi\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n acerca de que la normativa las prohibe, las personas sinti\u00e9ndose muy avasalladas por esta fiera comercializaci\u00f3n, especialmente de compa\u00f1\u00edas de telefon\u00eda, gas, electricidad, etc., la conllevado una notable mejora de sensibilizaci\u00f3n, lo que a su vez ha desembocado en una gran cantidad de denuncias.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los datos que trascienden de la AEPD respecto a las denuncias recibidas por causa de llamadas comerciales incesantes no deseadas se ha disparado enormemente.
